who is your CREATiVE coach?
Ben Cosford brings a wealth of life experience, both challenging and rewarding, including his late diagnosis of ADHD which led to greater self understanding and a career change.
Ben has a breadth of experience from youth and children’s work, language study/youth work in Mongolia and founding a social enterprise coffee roasting business to forging a career in the arts as a musician and actor. He is a husband and Father of three. And more recently, Owner and Director of Adelaide Audio Institute and AAI Recording Studio.

seeing obstacles or opportunities?
As a creative person it’s common to have lots of ideas but to see the blockers rather than the opportunity. Through coaching we can help you overcome the blocks and think more clearly about the opportunities that are in front of you.
You will be the one who owns the direction in our sessions, and also the one who discovers the solution.
Through our neurodivergent friendly Step-by-Step approach we will help you reach your goals.
